Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
All products are carefully handmade. Production typically takes 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Options & Delivery Time

  • Economy Shipping: 40–55 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days
  • Express Shipping: 7–10 business days (available upon request)

Dispatch Time
Orders are shipped within 1 business day after production is completed (excluding holidays).

Shipping Fee
We offer free air shipping for most locations.
Please note: Additional charges may apply for remote areas.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If your experience does not meet expectations, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you promptly.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 72 hours of placement for a full refund (100%).
  • After 72 hours, production will have already started:
    • 80% refund will be issued
    • 20% will be retained to cover material and labor costs

Returns & Exchanges

1. Orders Not Received

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for support.

2. Orders Received

Eligible for Free Return (Within 30 Days):
We offer 100% free returns within 30 days if:

  • The item is damaged, or
  • The item received is incorrect (wrong design or product)

In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Non-Quality Issues:
If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind), the product must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

Custom Orders

  • Custom-made, personalized, or modified products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • This includes any items that differ from our standard designs.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee (based on the courier selected).
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
